After a visit and an interview which allow us to fully understand your project and your expectations, we will give you a verbal estimate of your property with the necessary arguments.

This will be in line with the market values in your area and will also take into account the particularities of your property.

After the signature of the brokerage contract and the regularisation of all the administrative documents required for the sale, targeted visits will be carried out.

We will manage the entire procedure for putting the property up for sale until the signing of a preliminary sales agreement and the appointment with the notary for the signing of the deed of sale.

Our offers are proposed to our Belgian and international clients. Our advertising will be adapted to your property according to your wishes.

We can carry out virtual and/or aerial visits if possible.

We carefully study the seriousness and validity of the offers, thus avoiding you the risk of losing time.
